Having successfully carved for itself a status and name in the above business and as a step towards diversification into more challenging assignments, S.A.N.J Printing & Packaging ( Offset Printers ) is now getting into the business of manufacturing of Flexible Packaging materials. This includes conversion of different types of Aluminium Foils, Papers, Single Layer and Multiple Layers Aluminium or Paper based Laminates for Sachets and Pouches, etc. The manufacturing facility is based in Bhiwandi/ Vasai/ Bhandup. This is a state of the art facility with semi-automatic machineries, well experienced work force set up amidst an infrastructure which confirms to Pharma standards and norms to the best possible extent. Although all efforts in this direction are taken but as the saying goes that “There is always scope for improvement”, we as usual are always open for suggestions and implementations.
All machines are fitted with Automatic Tension Control and Edge Control devices which would aid in running complicated designs of Print Repeat jobs and Front/Back Print jobs with utmost perfection.
The existing set of machines has a capacity of producing approximately 40mts/month of printed and plain primary packaging material. Infrastructure facility is enough to cater to approximately 150mts/month of the same.
